4.运输方式：家具不能邮局或是快递，只能通过专业物流公司发货。到货后一般需要买家到当地货运点自提货物。如需送货上门，可以

 

   亲自和当地物流或者货运点沟通，货运点将另外收取一定的送货上门费

 

5.运输时间：根据距离远近的不同，时间也不完全一样，一般是3—10天到货。另外，由于我们无法控制物流公司，偶尔因天气、路况、

 

   自然灾害等因素而造成的货物延误，请买家多多理解。

 

6.运 费：各地运费差距很大不能一概而论的情况下运费由买方承担，我公司提供货运站电话,也可自己提供合适的物流，运费是依据家具

    A.贴面、弯边顺滑平整，不起波纹、凹抗；

 

    B.封边平直、顺滑，不脱胶、翘起；

 

    C.品用五金连接件拼接后，整体显得紧密，间隙细小且均匀；整件产品拼接好，接缝齐整，整体颜色基本相符，过渡自然。

在售后服务工作中，要求相关人员填写（客户咨询记录表）、（客户投诉处理登记表）及（产品维修及记录表）这些措施将对亿尚产品的改进及售后服务工作提供有利依据。为便于处理客户投诉处理，我们特制定客户投诉处理流程，相关人员可依据流程处理客户设诉工作。

 

In the after sale service work, the relevant personnel have to fill up Customer Consultation Record, Customer Complaint Registration Form, and Product Repair and Record, these measures will provide a favorable basis for improvement of Emsun product and after sale service. For more convenience to handle customer complaint, we also formulated a customer complaint handling process, relevant personnel can handle their job according to this process.

 

 

 

亿尚产品一律实行“三包”一年内如纯属产品本身品质问题，公司将负责给予调换，五年内如非人为损坏，公司装予以免费维修，如因客户原因造成产品质量问题，公司酌情收取维修成本费用。

 

Emsun products will implement the principle of " Three guarantees " , first year, as the product itself have quality problems, our company will be responsible for giving change, five years such as non-human damage, our company will free repair. If the product quality problems is caused by customers, our company will be only charged the cost of repair according to the circumstances.

 注意事项  Matters need attention

 

。搬运时应轻抬轻放，要特别注意避免碰撞；

 

Lift should Handling light, special care should be taken to avoid collision;

 

 

 

 

 

。在桌面（尤其是较长桌面）上放东西时，应将较重的物体放在桌面有支撑的位置，轻的物

 

  体放中间。如将重物放在中间，久之桌面更容易变形。重物勿集中在推柜某一个抽屉里，

 

  长时间重压易使抽屉底板变形。

 

When you put something on the desktop (especially longer desktop),the heavier objects should be  placed on the supporting position in the table, light things be put in the middle. If the heavier object is placed in the middle, such long times desktop more easily deformed. The weight objects can’t concentrated in the cabinet of one drawer, with long time stress it’s easily makes a drawer bottom plate deformation

 

 

 

。板式家具钢架部分可使用柔软的布清洁。

。桌面污渍处理方法可以软布沾去油渍擦拭，可恢复明亮如新，尤其胶带痕粘性高，去渍油

 

  是最好的清洁剂，但对皮肤不好，应避免长期接触。

板式家具都应防水防晒。Furniture should be waterproof and sunscreen

 

 

 

。久用的推柜，抽屉锁应检查锁上的各个镙丝是否松动，如果松动要及时拿镙丝刀拧紧。

 

Cabinet which had been used for a long time, drawer lock screw should be checked if they are loose, if loose shall timely take screwdriver to tighten

 

 

 

。若抽屉滑动不顺畅，可在五金店购买WD－40润滑喷布滑轨处即可。如果抽屉柜的抽屉

 

  面有倾斜现象，可抽出三分之一抽屉，柜身在左右两侧用手往下压可让抽屉面恢复平整外

 

  观。
